Renewable Delivery Manager

Core Responsibilities: 

• Set up and deliver our low carbon heating programmes for local authority and social housing provider clients.
  
  
• Work closely with senior leadership and other departments to develop and deliver installation and maintenance propositions while leading our teams to deliver excellent customer service.
  
  
• Being responsible for assisting clients to find the right solutions for their needs, delivering on those commitments and providing updates on the project lifecycle.

To be considered for this role of Renewable Delivery Manager you will need the following experience: you will need the following experience:

• To be an expert in delivering first class customer service experiences.
  
  
• Experience building / developing teams from the ground up.
  
  
• Taking ownership of client & customer needs and finding solutions to achieve their net zero ambitions.
  
  
• A commercial aptitude, and the ability to think laterally, disruptively and inspire others to do the same.
  
  
• Experience in setting up and running local authority contracts and being used to managing delivery teams.
• To be able to build and maintain excellent working relationships with service providers and directly employed engineering teams.
  
  
• Hold a clean driving licence, able to travel and build key stakeholder relationships
