Project Development Manager
Reporting to the Technical Manager this is an exciting opportunity for an experience PDM to develop Solar & Wind projects powered by renewable energy.
The role will require you to undertake and coordinate all necessary activities for the successful development of the projects.
To achieve this you must be able:
- To take care of the project feasibility and evaluate according to the Company criteria.
- Supporting the technical department in drafting and evaluating preliminary layouts and propose a technical solution to maximize the reproducibility of the plant.
- Assess the environmental and technical restrictions potentially affecting lands according to the regulation/Law.
- To develop and maintain excellent relations with local stakeholders, including landowners, mayors, authorities and neighbours.
- Coordinate the technical activities with the local and group-wide experts
- Securing the most economical MV/HV grid connection and manage the application procedure for obtaining grid capacity with local DNO/TSO
- Lead and manage the permitting process of PV/Wind projects.
The role of Project Development Manager is offering £65,000 - £70,000 with an excellent benefits and achievable bonus package, salary range is dependent on candidate experience.
