Transformation Manager

Core Responsibilities: 

•  The Transformation Manager role will be consumer facing, with anticipated travel in line with the level of role.
  
  
• The Transformation Manager will be a reliable client consultant and partner, managing the team and implementing the delivery of important transformational change in key projects for their client portfolio.
  
  
• You will have experience of building / developing high performing teams, feeling invested to deliver exceptional work for our clients. Be able to lead and inspire others around them to deliver exceptional client results.

 To be considered for this role of Transformation Manager you will need the following experience:

• Have excellent leadership skills along with able to motivate others around them, commercial thinker, with a pro-active approach.
• Delivery of complex, strategic cross-functional retail transformations, and business change project management experience.
  
  
• Development of strategies, business plans, and roadmaps.
  
  
• Strong communication (listening, engagement & influencing) skills, both written and verbal, personable and building excellent working relationships internally and externally.
  
  
• Solid analytical and problem-solving skills, including metrics-driven thinking and a proven ability to leverage data and insights to drive performance. Ability to present results in consumable formats, including dashboards, reports & visualizations

This opportunity is offering a competitive salary which depending on candidate’s experience: £70,000 - £75,000.
